Bajra triacetate long gilet.

There are no product numbers, sizes, or material indications, but it's an item from 7 or 8 years ago, and I was told it was triacetate when I bought it.
Probably triacetate x polyester.

It's a one-button type, so it should be wearable as free size unless you have a very large chest.

It can also be made into a stand collar with a hidden button at the neck.
It's thin and long, so it can be used for layering in various coordinates.
